After over one year’s hard work, CRSC’s project of “Establishing a Dust-free Relay Assembly Workshop” finally come to an end, which symbols that CRSC’s relay assembly workshop is clean enough to meet the requirement of ISO14644-1 Level 8 standard, enabling it to be one of the companies with the top production environment in the world.
There are several highlights in the new workshop: The layout is optimized with a hundred more workstations; the annual production of relays is able to reach 700 thousand; there is an additional processing procedure which is to wash the components; the production environment has improved significantly, which is manifested in the aspect of controllable temperature and humidity and so on; the light and noise indexes are within the required limits of production.
